From surviving the fire to guiding others home to their power, peace, and truth.
Helena Peters is a transformational coach, author, and intuitive guide devoted to helping people reclaim their inner authority, peace, and embodied wisdom. Through her company Free2bMe, founded in 2012, Helena has spent over a decade walking alongside individuals who are ready to move beyond survival and into self-trust, sovereignty, and soulful living.
Helena’s work is deeply informed by her lived experience. Growing up with a mother who suffered from severe mental illness, she learned early how to listen inwardly, cultivate resilience, and develop an unshakeable connection to inner guidance and Spirit. Rather than turning away from the pain of her past, Helena transformed it into a pathway of insight—one that now allows her to meet clients with profound empathy, discernment, and respect for their nervous systems and personal boundaries.
Her coaching approach is intuitive, grounded, and fiercely compassionate. Helena does not believe in forcing transformation or pushing people past their readiness. Instead, she emphasizes remembering—helping clients reconnect with the innate wisdom, trust, and knowing they were born with before conditioning and trauma took hold. Her sessions are designed to support clarity, self-honoring choices, and growth rooted in love rather than fear.
In 2025, Helena published Forged by Fire, Baptized by the Sea, a powerful spiritual memoir and guide that chronicles her journey of alchemy—turning pain into wisdom and survival into sovereignty. Structured with intention, each chapter offers reflective teachings, journaling prompts, and “wisdom nuggets” to support readers in navigating their own inner landscapes with courage and self-compassion. Writing the book was both cathartic and challenging, requiring deep nervous system care—an experience that further refined Helena’s trauma-informed, intuitive approach to healing.
Helena is currently writing book two in her Sovereign Path series… After the Dark, Love Lights Our Way, scheduled for release in early 2027. Her creative and spiritual life is also expressed through movement and dance. Helena honors embodiment as a sacred practice and reflection of joy, vitality, and self-expression.
Whether through coaching, writing, or community conversations, Helena is passionate about working with individuals who are truly committed to their personal development—those willing to question inherited systems, trust their intuition, and walk their path with honesty and heart.
Helena’s work is an invitation to meet yourself fully, honor the dark without being defined by it, and remember that your power has always been your own.
